Here i am just trying more spiral effects, creating more curves, also taking the picture at different angle, and more close-ups so i can get a better look at the form. You can start to see the helix influence within the design. I added a crease along all the strips, which has caused them to slightly curve each way, creating an imaginary line, almost like a spine for the eyes to follow round the design.
One thing i really like about this style is the way the gaps between the strips changes with the more twisting you put on the paper. More over taken in a studio like environment and with correct lighting, the model creates interesting shadows and highlights as some the light is able to go through the whole model, highlight certain aspects of the design creating focal points and guidelines.
