So from what i have learnt about platonic solids i first create a basic shape, i decided to go for a triangle shape. I added tabs to each side so the could be attached to one another
Placing 5 of these triangle like shapes together create a pentagon shaped face, this is crucial as this mean i can easily make this over shape into a sphere as will a pentagon i link each side together without any missing links.
The shape is created with 20 of the triangle based shapes all stuck to one another
