Other Sources of inspiration

The spinning/curving form my piece include, have made me look at other things in the world that have this type of spiral form, to see if i can draw on some more inspiration to create more models.

Stairways are a prime example of the shape i had in mind. This helix type shape is very interesting to look at, as its like a continuous line that switches around as you follow it up and down so it catches your attention. Of course the main concept idea behind these designs is the double helix design that can be found in our DNA structure. i really like the criss/cross pattern it forms and find it very appealing on the eye.
