Whilst carrying on with the twisting idea i wanted to really try and explore the possibilities of what design you can come up with using this technique. This lead me to discover this style.
This style was achieved by pleating the folds i had made in the paper, creating floral style design. I really like the mix of the tight twist and the flower like opening at the end.
I feel this is the beginning of my final piece. I want to continue with this style even more and get a full shape together using this technique.
